The Blend : Cinsault & Carignan

The Harvest : We hand harvest  in September.

The vines are 15 years old, with yields of 70 HL.

Wine Making Process : The vatting time is  10 days to preserve the fruit & freshness of the grapes.

Aging : In stainless tanks.

Production : 8100 bottles.

Serving Suggestions : Great  with cold cuts  and hors d’œuvres.

Optimal Serving Temperature : 15°C.
