Domaine La Rouviole - AOP Minervois - Cuvée Classique 2013

The Blend : Cinsault, Carignan & Syrah.

The Harvest : After disbudding in May and a green harvest in July, we hand harvest twice in September, picking  only the finest grapes with optimal maturity from the very best plots of the vineyard.

The vines are 40 years old, with yields of  45HL.

Wine Making Process : We de-stem our grapes and practice traditional vinification of each grape variety separately;

The vatting time is 15 days, the fermentation process is in stainless steel tanks.

Aging : One  year in stainless tanks.

Production : 13600 bottles.

Serving Suggestions : Delicious with grilled red meat or duck breast.

Optimal Serving Temperature : 15°C.

All our wines are made exclusively from our own grapes

Aged, matured, and bottled at the estate.
